In the Path of Olives was a cross-cultural program held in 2022–2023 for preschool and kindergarten teachers from Israel, Albania, and Turkey. The initiative provided educators with an opportunity to design an innovative curriculum that helped children connect with their environment through the lens of the olive tree and its seasonal development.
In 2025, we are expanding the initiative with a four-day international conference in northern Israel. Teachers from Israel, Albania, and Greece will gather in early July to collaborate in person. Together, they will co-create a curriculum addressing environmental education in the context of our changing climate.
